The case of the former Deputy General Manager of the Fiji National Provident Fund, Foana Nemani has been further adjourned to next month to hear submission to have the trial in the absence of the accused.
Foana Nemani is charged with alleged extortion by public officers and abuse of office and is alleged to have defrauded FNPF by authorizing payment of responsibility allowance for each other without authorization.
