SODELPA has confirmed that FICAC had taken two of their MPs, Niko Nawaikula and Simione Rasova into custody for a caution interview.
Party General Secretary, Emele Duituturaga says the two were released yesterday afternoon.
They were taken in by FICAC for alleged breaches of the Parliamentary Remuneration Act of 2014.
She says she had visited the parliamentarians and they were in good health and spirits and were well looked after by FICAC officials.
Duituturaga has assured their members and supporters that SODELPA will continue to uphold the principles of accountability and transparency and cooperate with authorities as required before the law.
