Navuso Agricultural Technical Institute (NATI) received timely assistance from the Ministry for i-Taukei Affairs, who handed over four desktop computers to assist the school’s administration staff.

Assistant Minister for i-Taukei Affairs Ratu Isikeli Tuiwailevu handed over 4PCs, 4 UPS units, and keyboards to the staff and will also assist in the rehabilitation work after the building that housed the main office, staff room, classrooms and administrations was destroyed in a fire incident on the 7th of April this year.

During the handover, the staff thanked the Ministry for i-Taukei Affairs and Fijian Holdings Limited for their generosity and timely assistance.

The Assistant Minister had earlier received 2 new PCs from Fijian Holdings Group HR Manager, Tanya Nacagilevu.

Tuiwailevu says three weeks ago during the inaugural Provincial Education Forum, the Institution Director Uraia Waibuta presented the great work the institution is doing to i-Taukei youths.

He says to this end, they agreed to assist Navuso Agricultural Technical Institute in whatever way they can within reason and resources.

The Assistant Minister says he is grateful for FHL’s and the Ministry’s assistance which will go a long way in boosting the institution’s mission.
