People from Pacific Harbour and Navua who are working in Suva are advised to make arrangements with their employers to return home early this afternoon.
Police said with the Navua River level rising, Navua is expected to be flooded by tonight.
They have closed the roads going into Raiwaqa settlement and Nakavu village as the bridges in these areas are now underwater.
