Navua Football Club rep Vineet Chand

Navua Football Club rep Vineet Chand is aiming to become a coach after retiring from Football. Chand was amongst the 14 players who attended a three-day OFC MA's Senior Football Coaching Certificate Course at the Fiji FA Academy in Vatuwaqa.

He says this is part of his long-term goal and continuing his journey in football.

He says this will require a lot of effort and time.

Chand says he is glad to be part of the course as they get to receive a lot of knowledge about coaching and experience the perspective of their coaches when on the field.

Chand says he has been playing for his district for the past few years and has been learning techniques from the players' mindsets and talents however, when it comes to coaching there are a lot of things that need to be prepared to deliver good results.
