Natabua and Jasper lead Lautoka Zone

Natabua High School and Jasper Williams High School are leading the Boys and Girls medal tally after Day 1 of the Coca-Cola Lautoka Zone.

In the boys division, Natabua leads with 14 gold, 8 silver and 5 bronze, Saint Thomas High School is second with 3 gold, 2 silver and 2 bronze, and Tilak High School is third with 3 gold, 1 silver and 1 bronze.

In the girls division, Jasper leads with 15 gold, 9 silver and 8 bronze, Natabua is second with 9 gold, 7 silver and 4 bronze, and Saint Thomas High School is third with 1 gold and 3 silver.

Meanwhile, Netani Volitiviti of Natabua and Peniana Koroiwaqalevu of Jasper won gold in the Senior Boys and Girls 100 metres.

Volitiviti ran a time of 11.08 seconds, while Koroiwaqalevu ran a time of 13.48 seconds.
