Nasinu will play for pride not pay when they take on Ba in the Vodafone Premier League later this month.

Coach Tagi Vonolagi says Nasinu soccer team currently has no sponsor but the players and officials are working hard because of the pride they have for their team.

Vonolagi adds some officials are even contributing from their own pocket to support the team.

He says COVID-19 has had an effect on the players fitness as well since they have not been playing or training together.

The Nasinu coach says they started training last week and he is hopeful more players will return for training from tomorrow.

He says Ba is a champion team and they hope to play a good game against Ba.

Nasinu has 4 points on the points table while Ba has 3 points.

Nasinu will play Ba on the 18th of this month.
