Fiji born number 8 Isi Naisarini will make his return for the Melbourne Rebels against the Western Force this week which will be his 50th match for the franchise.
Naisarani damaged his hamstring while training in isolation during the COVID-19 shutdown and has struggled to regain full fitness ever since.
Coach Dave Wessels says Naisarani has been training this week like he was playing in a World Cup final and will feature in what will be a grudge match against the Force.
Meanwhile, captain Dane Haylett-Petty will miss a reunion with his former Super Rugby team after being ruled out with a knee injury.
Other players such as former All Black Richard Kahui, Reece Hodge and Matt To’omua have also been included in the run on side.
The Rebels will take on the Force at 9.05pm tomorrow.
