Nadroga soccer association has taken legal action against their acting accountant.
It is believed that the accountant presented an unaudited account and gave it to Fiji Football Association, rather than giving it to Nadroga Soccer officials.
The account was not presented in the Nadroga Soccer Annual General Meeting last month, and has forced Fiji FA to look into it and investigate the matter.
Nadroga soccer officials have hired lawyer Sushil Sharma to fight their case.
Sharma said the case was filed in Sigatoka magistrate court today as the accountant brought disrepute to Nadroga soccer.
Meanwhile Fiji FA will comment on the matter once they have received the audited accounts from Nadroga soccer officials.
