Villagers of Naimasimasi and Nuku in the Province of Serua, who were working under seasonal workers scheme in New Zealand have banded together to build an evacuation centre and footpath for their respective villages.
The Minister of iTaukei Affairs Iferemi Vasu thanked the villagers and the Serua Provincial Office for their hard work resulting in the development in province.
Vasu also thanked the villagers of Navutulevu for their Integrated Village Development Plan towards youths by building a Joinery Shop for the benefit of youths.
The Minister is pleading with villagers of Serua to work together in the upgrading, development and prosperity of the province.
