The New Zealand Men's 7s team are the first team to join France at the Paris 2024 Olympic Games after winning the Singapore 7s title on Sunday.

The All Blacks 7s followed up their success in Hong Kong with their fourth title of the 2023 World Rugby 7s Series to move closer to a 14th overall title since the Series began in 1999/2000.

Coach Clark Laidlaw says they have been driving for Olympic qualification since the season kicked off, and achieving their goal is great, but there are still two tournaments to go.

He says as a team, their focus now shifts to Toulouse, and continue to grow as a group and finish the season strong.

New Zealand is in Pool A with Uruguay, Kenya and Canada at the Toulouse 7s that will be held from the 12th to the 14th of next month.
