The National Fire Authority today received $10,000 worth of ambulance equipment from the Queensland Ambulance Services through the Secretariat of the Pacific Community.
The donation was made to NFA at the Valelevu Fire Station.
NFA Acting Chief Executive Officer, Mileta Seniroqa says they are happy to receive the equipment which will boost NFA's ambulance service delivery.
She says that the equipment includes stretchers, neck braces, backboards as well as used fire tunics that will greatly assist Fire Officers in the efficient delivery of ambulance services to the public.
