NFA investigate fire at house in Vatuwaqa this morning

House in Kaunitoni Street in Vatuwaqa that caught fire this morning

A 3-bedroom concrete house has been destroyed in a morning fire at Kaunitoni Street in Vatuwaqa today.

Chief Fire Officer, Qionilau Moceitai says the National Fire Authority is investigating what caused the fire.

The National Fire Authority arrived at the scene at 9.52 am and managed to stop the fire from spreading to nearby buildings.

The fire was contained at around 10.13am.
