My primary role is being a father, there's no better gift than family - PM

Prime Minister Voreqe Bainimarama says while many see him first and foremost as Fiji's Prime Minister, his primary role is being a father and there is no better gift than family.

In his Father’s Day message, Bainimarama says he was blessed to spend this Father's Day surrounded by the love of his children and grandchildren at the Fiji Navy monthly church service.

Bainimarama says his family with his service to God and country are his life.

Bainimarama says the government recognises that raising a family takes two parents who are able to give their time and energy to support their children's success.
