Murder accused Saula Temo still at large after being mistakenly released on bail

Saula Temo who allegedly murdered Akuila Salavuki at the Fiji Development Bank car park last year is still at large.

Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro says Temo is yet to be arrested and they are still working on information on his whereabouts.

Temo allegedly hit Salavuki on the head with a piece of timber which resulted in his death on 17th May last year.

There is a bench warrant for Temo.

According to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, Temo was in the Suva Remand Centre and was mistakenly released on bail as there were two remandees with the same name, Saula Temo.
