Team Fiji’s Sophia Morgan finished first in both her races for fleet B this morning in sailing.
Morgan edged out Australia and Tahiti who finished second and third respectively in the first race.
The 20-year-old’s second race was in perfect 10-12 knot conditions.
The Round robin races amongst the teams will continue today and through out the week with the medal races to be held on Saturday.
Meanwhile, Team Fiji archers have also completed round 1 and are heading into round two that will be played later this afternoon.
Fiji is in 12th place on the Pacific Games medal tally with 1 silver and 1 bronze.
New Caledonia is leading the tally with 8 gold, 7 silver and 8 bronze while Solomon Islands is in second place with 5 gold, 8 silver and 4 bronze.
