More roads in the Western Division flooded overnight

More roads and crossings were flooded overnight as heavy rain continues in the Western Division.

We have received confirmation from residents on the ground that Arolevu and Chuni Lal crossings as well as Mate Road, Wailoko Road and Savalau crossing in Nadi are flooded.

Sabeto Road in Nadi is also flooded this morning.

Residents say they can only see 4x4 vehicles and trucks accessing Sabeto Road and if heavy rain continues it may closed to all traffic.

Sabeto Road near Best Sellers Shopping Centre is also flooded.

Floodwaters overflowed from the cross culvert and the road is blocked off.
