Film Fiji says there is a need for more investment in the area of Broadcast and Film rental.
CEO Dallas Foon says we need more companies that are self-sufficient in providing cameras, lenses, lighting and audio equipment for major film productions.
He says most of the time we are not meeting the film equipment requirements of major film productions when they come to Fiji.
Foon says if Fiji is self-sufficient in this area it will be a much more easier and attractive place for film making.
He says the equipment for a major film production would fill about more than 10 shipping containers.
