Condom usage is reported to be rare due to male dominance and mens preference not to use them.
This was one of the findings in a book released by the Pacific Island Aids Foundation on Women Living with HIV in Fiji and Papua New Guinea.

Fijivillage asked Senior medical officer Reproductive health clinic Dr Rachael Devi, if using female condoms is another prevention alternative.
