Tour company OceanGate Expeditions says it believes the five passengers on board the missing Titanic wreckage-bound submersible have died. The Coast Guard is scheduled to provide an update on the search.
Debris found on the ocean floor, about a third of a mile from the Titanic wreck, has been assessed to be from the external body of the missing submersible.
The sub was carrying five people — a British adventurer, a French diver, a Pakistani father and son and Stockton Rush, the OceanGate CEO.
