Military clarifies route marches

The Fiji Military Forces route marches will not only be done in the morning as it can also be done in the afternoon.

This comment has been made by the RFMF after concerns were raised by Fijivillage on why marches are being done in the morning during rush hour times as it creates traffic.

Fijivillage noticed that the marches done by the RFMF earlier this month created traffic and members of the public were not notified.

The RFMF said that the particular march was done as part of the final day of Infantry Day.

It said that the march did not intend to cause traffic.
