The Methodist Church of Fiji believes that all Fijians are affected by social issues and they will not tolerate members taking part or being the cause of it.
Secretary for Christian Citizenship and Social Services of the Methodist Church of Fiji, Reverend Sitiveni Kua highlighted this after the church’s conference opened at Furnival Park in Toorak.
Reverend Kua says the church is against their members involved in drug operations, violence against women and children and extra marital affairs.
He says they don’t condone the actions of their members involved in selling hard drugs in the country.
Reverend Kua says those participating in selling hard drugs and influencing youths to create instability need to man up and face the consequences.
