Messi wins record 7th Ballon d'Or

Argentina and Paris Saint Germain star Lionel Messi has won his 7th Ballon d'Or.

It is a record-extending Ballon d'Or for Messi who many consider as the greatest football player of all time.

Bayern Munich striker Robert Lewandowski finished second while Chelsea midfielder Jorginho has finished third.

European champions Chelsea have been named club of the year.
