A memorial service will be held today in England by the British army to pay their last respects to the late Private Ratu Manasa Silibaravi.
British Army Support Officer Major Jim Hall said his body will arrive in England from Afghanistan today and the event will be attended by Ratu Manasa’s brother and sister in Brize Norton.
Hall said the body is expected to arrive in Fiji later next week.
Silibaravi was fatally injured when his base came under an indirect fire attack in the Helmand province of Afghanistan last week.
