Medical Specialists from Israel will be in the country from today to conduct free screening as part of their humanitarian program in Fiji.
The group is expected to conduct Otolaryngology screenings, surgical management and treatment of patients with diseases and disorders of the ear, nose, throat and will work from the CWM Hospital.
They are expected to work from tomorrow to the 2nd of August.
The teams visit will coincide with the Non-Resident Ambassador to Fiji, who will present his credentials to the President Joji Konrote this week.
The ambassador’s arrival will also correspond with the anniversary of Israel's Humanitarian Project last year in Vuma Village on Ovalau to help rebuild 24 homes that was destroyed by Tropical Cyclone Winston.
