Thousands of residents living in parts of Mead Road in Nabua and Caubati Road are currently affected by an unplanned power outage.

Energy Fiji Limited says the outage has occurred due to the transformer that tripped in Kings Road.

EFL says their team is currently attending to the issues and there is no time frame at this stage as to when the power will be restored.

Meanwhile, EFL has confirmed that the unplanned power outage in Tavua, Rakiraki and Nadarivatu was restored at 10.30pm last night.
