Masirewa and Naikabula to start for Japan against Fiji

Fiji-born players Jone Naikabula and Semisi Masirewa will line up for the Japan Rugby side when they host the FIJI Water Flying Fijians in the final round of the Punjas Pacific Battle Series tomorrow.

Naikabula who plays for the Toshiba Brave Lupus in the Japan Rugby League One Competition will start on the left wing while Masirewa is on the right wing.

Japan captain Michael Leitch is not on the match day squad as he is still serving his 3-match ban after his red card offence in their match against Samoa.

Other players included in the starting 15 are Keita Inagaki, Atsushi Sakate, Asaeli Valu, Amato Fakatava, James Moore, Jack Cornelsen, Pieter Labuschagne, Kazuki Himeno, Naoto Saito, Rikiya Matsuda, Tomoki Osada, Dylan Riley, and Kotaro Matsushima.

The Flying Fijians will take on Japan at 10.15pm tomorrow.
