Police Commissioner, Brigadier General Ioane Naivalurua personally visited Marist Brothers High School and Suva Grammar School yesterday after the involvement of some students in the recent brawls.
He issued a stern warning to students that anyone breaking the law will be taken to task.
Fijivillage has received confirmation that a 19 year old student has been charged with assault.
He will appear in court today.
Police are also trying to establish the alleged involvement of an ex-scholar in the incident yesterday where some items were thrown into a school bus at Flagstaff.
