Manchester City has made history by becoming the first team to win the English Premier League title four seasons in a row following their 3-1 win over West Ham at Etihad Stadium this morning.
City led 2-1 at halftime.
City survived a late scare when West Ham had a second goal ruled out by a video assistance referee for handball.
They have now won six out of the past seven Premier League titles.
Meanwhile, they will aim to become the first side to complete the domestic Double in successive seasons when they face Manchester United in the FA Cup on Saturday.
