Manchester City put the pressure back on Manchester United's struggling manager Ole Gunnar Solskjaer as they cruised to a 2-0 victory with almost embarrassing ease at Old Trafford in an English Premier League match this morning.
Eric Bailly scored their own goal while Bernardo Silva scored the other goal for City.
United's only response was a volley from the subdued Cristiano Ronaldo.
With 23 points, the result takes City above Liverpool into second in the English Premier League while fifth-placed United are nine points behind leaders Chelsea who have 26 points.
In other matches this morning, Chelsea and Burnley drew 1-1, Norwich beat Brentford 2-1 and Crystal Palace beat Wolves 2-0.
