Manchester City has beaten Borussia Monchengladbach 2-0 in the first leg of the round of 16 this morning.

Bernardo Silva and Gabriel Jesus scored a goal each for Manchester City.

Manchester City manager, Pep Guardiola says his side has to be more clinical despite seeing another dominant display sweep aside Borussia Monchengladbach for a 19th successive win.

In another match today, Real Madrid beat Atalanta 1-0.

Ferland Mendy scored a late winner against a 10-man Atalanta.
