A man who allegedly raped and sexually assaulted his 14 year old cousin in Navua has been remanded in custody by the Suva High Court.
The man is facing one count of rape and one count of sexual assault.
It is alleged that the incidents happened last month.
It was heard in court that the man and the girl are from the same village.
The case will be called again on the 5th of next month.
