Man who allegedly caused the death of Church Steward passes away

The man who allegedly caused the death of Mesake Rikalevu a church steward in Cunningham during the Easter weekend earlier this year, has died from a sickness.

Rikalevu died from injuries sustained when he was allegedly assaulted by the man who was heavily intoxicated.

Amelia Katavaki, the eldest daughter, says they will wait for the Police report and she has also sent her condolence message to the accursed family.

Rikalevu is survived by his wife and seven children.

Police are still investigating the case.
