A man charged with rape has been granted bail by the Suva High Court.
It was heard in court today that the 25-year-old farmer allegedly raped a 20-year-old woman following a drinking party in Valelevu.
The accused was the best friend of the complainant's boyfriend.
It was heard in court that the accused is married and has a child.
He has been released on strict bail conditions.
The case has been adjourned to 31st May for plea.
