A 47-year-old man died after he sustained serious injuries in an accident at Centerpoint along the Kings Road last night.
Police Spokesperson Ana Naisoro confirmed the man died this morning.
A 22-year-old man and a 19-year-old woman were travelling in a vehicle towards Nausori when the incident happened.
It is alleged the 22-year-old man lost control of the vehicle he was driving and hit a taxi travelling in the opposite lane driven by a 47-year-old man.
The 22-year-old is in a stable condition while the 19-year-old is in a critical condition.
The accident happened at 10pm yesterday.
