Malomalo Primary School to get an upgrade from $15,000 donation

Students of Malomalo Primary School in Sigatoka are expected to benefit from a generous donation of $15,000 from Australian based company, More Than Advice Mortgage Brokers.

The funds are to assist the school with stationery, sports uniforms, painting and general repairs, fencing the school compound and purchasing desks, chairs and computers.

More Than Advice Mortgage Brokers CEO Kerry Kalendra says during a recent trip to Fiji, he met 3 young brothers below the age of 10 who stole his heart.

They were selling used golf balls at the InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa to help their family with food and other essential items.

Kalendra says he then realised how much more support was needed and set up a GoFundMe page.

InterContinental Fiji Golf Resort & Spa facilitated the handover with the school.
