The Reserve Bank of Fiji has clarified that the lottery notice which has the RBF logo and is circulating on social media sites is a hoax.
This hoax notice claims the user has won a reward and requires them to provide their personal information by accessing the link within the message.
The RBF says it does not offer such promotions or rewards.
It says the public is advised not to respond to the message and not to forward the message to their contacts.
