Lomary Secondary School makes a strong start at the Suva Zone 2

Lomary Secondary School has made a strong start to the Suva Zone 2 dominating long-distance events.

In the 1500m event, Makereta Adi won gold in the Sub-Junior Girls division, Maria Ranadi took out the Junior Girls event while Amele Likuwaqa bagged gold in the Senior Girls division.

Rasekaia Vunisa won gold for Lomary in the Junior boys 1500m.

Lomary has come to this year's competition with a strong contingent of 114 athletes compared to just 3 athletes that they fielded for the Suva Zone 2 in 2019.
