Lodhia, Fiji’s first honorary consul to Auckland

Fiji's Foreign Affairs and International Co-operation Minister Ratu Inoke Kubuabola yesterday named a former Fijian resident Harish Lodhia as Fiji's first honorary consul to Auckland.

Kubuabola said this is a significant move in the Fijian Government's efforts to provide depth and reach into the prime region of Auckland which will enhance business relations and provide basic consular services to the large Fijian community living there.
