The Legal Aid Commission of Fiji opened two new offices today.
Chairman of the Legal Aid Commission, Sharvada Sharma has announced that from this morning two more offices in Levuka and Nabouwalu are now open.
He says their plan is to open offices in Kadavu and Rotuma in the 2016/2017 budget year.
Sharma says they are also doing a study to assess other locations where they need to have an office and at this stage they are looking at Seaqaqa, Vunidawa and Keyasi.
The Legal Aid Commission already has offices in Suva, Nasinu, Nausori, Korovou, Navua, Sigatoka, Nadi, Lautoka, Ba, Tavua, Rakiraki, Labasa, Taveuni and Savusavu.
