Leaking fire hydrant leaves residents without water

A leaking fire hydrant has left certain parts of Namaka in Nadi without water supply.

Some of the areas affected include Bountiful, Namaka areas, Waqadra, the Civil Aviation quarters as well as Wailoaloa Beach and the whole of Martintar.

Two water trucks will be carting water to these areas and supply should be restored by 8 o’clock tonight.
