Laucala Island couple charters airplane to get roses for Valentine’s Day

Love is definitely in the air today as a couple who are at Laucala Island, have chartered a plane to take 24 roses for Valentine’s Day from Suva to Laucala Island.

The Owner of Divine Blooms Fiji who is a popular florist in the heart of Suva, Tarusila Rokosawa says every Valentine's Day, her heart skips a beat because it makes her day to see the affection that is shared this day between people.

Rokosawa says all her Valentine's roses were sold out this morning and she could not cope with the demands from the public.

She says she got pre-orders from all the central business divisions and even from the west from last week.

Rokosawa says a bouquet of roses was ordered from Laucala Island in Taveuni by the couple, and they chartered a plane.

Rokosawa says she has been in the business for the last 20 years and will not trade anything in the world for her job because her passion is selling flowers.
