Landscaping works are underway at Chauhan Memorial School in Veisari.
A donation of $25,000 was made to the school in June this year by Satrekha Chauhan for the construction of a teacher’s quarters.
Chauhan Memorial School Assistant Head teacher Subhashni Kumar has confirmed that works are underway and the money has reached the school management.
She says due to weather conditions, work has stopped, however this will continue once weather conditions are favorable.
The teacher’s quarters was initially planned to finish by the end of the year.
