Lami Kava significantly drops retail price of grog

Lami Kava has confirmed that a baby mix or 50 grams of grog which earlier cost $7 is now $5 while a 100 grams or Kota pack which was $14 is now $10. The company has also dropped the retail price for a kilogram of grog from $140 to $120.

Lami Kava says the drop in the retail prices of the packs is to ramp up the sales and due to the drop in grog prices by 20%.

They also say that consumption has stabilised however their sales is down by 50% due to the curfew and impacts felt by COVID-19.
