Labasa 7th on DPL points table with a 2-1 win over Tailevu Naitasiri

Labasa now has eight points and is seventh on the Digicel Premier League points table after beating Tailevu Naitasiri 2-1 at Subrail Park this afternoon.

Ratu Anare scored the first goal for Labasa in the 29th minute of the first half.

Labasa led 1-0 at the breather.

Jone Naraba equalised for Tailevu Naitasiri early in the second half.

Tailevu Naitasiri scored an own goal in the 64th minute.

Suva is still leading the DPL table with 23 points, followed by Ba with 18 points.

In the match tomorrow, Lautoka will take on Rewa at 3pm at Churchill Park.
