Tailevu halfback Simione Kuruvoli has been given the opportunity of a lifetime as he will start against the All Blacks on Saturday.
Kuruvoli who made his debut against Georgia last year has been part of the Flying Fijians setup since last year and will come up against All Blacks captain Aaron Smith who is regarded as one of the best halfbacks in the world.
He gets an opportunity to start after experienced halfback Frank Lomani together with Mosese Sorovi and Teti Tela could not travel to Christchurch due to the recent COVID-19 outbreak in Australia.
Former Crusaders winger Manasa Mataele together with Peni Narisia and Eneriko Buliruarua will be making their debut from the bench.
Peni Ravai, Sam Matavesi, Mesake Doge, Temo Mayanavanua, Leone Nakarawa, Johnny Dyer, Mesulame Kunavula, Albert Tuisue, Ben Volavola, Nemani Nadolo, Levani Botia, Waisea Nayacalevu, Eroni Sau and Kini Murimurivalu are in the starting 15.
Coach Vern Cotter says they will be playing the rugby that suits Fiji.
Fiji will play the All Blacks at 7.05pm Saturday.
