Vodafone Fiji Bati Forward Apisai Koroisau scored the first try for the Penrith Panthers, off a quick pass from Viliame Kikau to score against the South Sydney Rabbitohs in the NRL.
The Panthers trailed 12-0 late in the second half before scoring 32 unanswered points.
Fiji Bati centre Taane Milne became the first player to be sent off for the Rabbitohs in a finals match in 28 years for a high shot on Panthers prop Spencer Leniu in the final 20 minutes.
Rabbitohs were reduced to 12 players in the second half when Taane Milne was sent off.
The Panthers now join the Melbourne Storm and Sydney Roosters as the only two clubs to reach the Grand Final in three-straight seasons in the league.
The Panthers will face the Parramatta Eels on Sunday 2nd October at 8.30pm, at the Accor Stadium.
