Marika Koroibete and Frank Lomani have been named in the 23 member team for the Melbourne Rebels that will take on the Waratahs in the Super Rugby Australia tonight.

Koroibete will start on the wing while Lomani has been named on the bench.

Wallabies Jordan Uelese returns to the 23 member team with fellow Victorian Pathway products, Rob Leota and Matt Gibbon, while Steve Cummins comes back into the starting XV.

Rebels Vice-captain Reece Hodge says the backline will need to match the form of their winger Koroibete, as he is one of the world's best rugby players.

He says Koroibete has been a stand-out player in their three matches this season.

Meanwhile, Mark Nawaqanitawase has been named in the starting line-up for the Waratahs.

The Rebels will take on the Waratahs at 8.45 tonight and the Reds will play the Force at 8.45pm tomorrow.
