Fiji-born Hurricanes winger Kiniviliame Naholo scored a double in the Hurricanes’ 59-26 win over Moana Pasifika in their final pre-season match this afternoon.
The 24-year-old came off the bench in the second spell of the match and started weaving his magic out on the wing.
Naholo will be looking to stamp his mark this season after not getting much game time last season.
Kiniviliame is the younger brother of former All Blacks and Highlanders winger Waisake Naholo.
Meanwhile, former All Blacks and Hurricanes winger Julian Savea made an impressive appearance today for Moana Pasifika, scoring a try against his old team and in front of his former home fans.
In other matches today, the Blues beat the Chiefs 38-24, the Highlanders beat the defending champions Crusaders 41-17 and the Swire Shipping Fijian Drua will play the Melbourne Rebels at 5.30pm.
