Khan appointed as new Director of Operations of the Fiji Police Force

Divisional Police Commander Southern SSP Abdul Khan is the new  Director of Operations of the Fiji Police Force.

Superintendent of Police Sakeo Ganivatu has taken up the post of Divisional Police Commander Southern.

SSP Khan says they have great mentors within the institution that have guided them to be able to rise up the ranks and is grateful to the Commissioner of Police for having faith in him to take up this role.

Meanwhile, in the Western Division, the change in command comes in light of the upcoming pre-retirement of the current DPC West SSP Verani Nakauyaca and assuming the role of DPC West will be Superintendent of Police Surend Sami who previously held the post of Commandant at the Fiji Police Academy.
